Shipping

• Nationwide delivery across Pakistan in 2 to 5 business days.
• Free shipping on orders over Rs 8,000.
• Below that, delivery is charged by our courier based on your city — from about Rs 155 within Karachi, Rs 255 elsewhere in Sindh, and Rs 270 to other provinces (inclusive of fuel surcharge and GST). The exact amount is always shown at checkout before you pay.
• Cash-on-delivery orders add a small 4% cash-handling tax, collected with your payment at the door.
• Orders are processed within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday.

Returns

We want you to love what you receive. Unopened products may be returned within 2 to 3 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. For hygiene reasons, used items cannot be returned unless faulty.
